Let the Festivities Begin

Me and the MD are about watch as the festivities begin! It was so great to not worry about Sunday School, the sound of my guitar, the chairs... It is so good to receive for a change. It is so easy to get kinda of burned out with everything that goes on...

HM always recharges my batteries. I just love this convention. I've attended so many but what stands out the most with HM is its emphasis on missions and who can forget communion at the end. It is such and eye opener.

God bless all those laborers who do the back work. I know something like this cannot get off the ground without them!

PMC Christmas Drama!

"One day Jesus was praying in a certain place. When he finished, one of his disciples said to him, "Lord, teach us to pray, just as John taught his disciples."

2He said to them, "When you pray, say:
" 'Father,
hallowed be your name,
your kingdom come.
3Give us each day our daily bread.
4Forgive us our sins,
for we also forgive everyone who sins against us.
And lead us not into temptation.' "

5Then he said to them, "Suppose one of you has a friend, and he goes to him at midnight and says, 'Friend, lend me three loaves of bread, 6because a friend of mine on a journey has come to me, and I have nothing to set before him.'

I can't get up and give you anything.' 8I tell you, though he will not get up and give him the bread because he is his friend, yet because of the man's boldness he will get up and give him as much as he needs.

Hello Dear Friends,

We are in the creative process of putting together another drama for PMC's Christmas Event. We decided to outsource this time and taken a little draft of a script from a wonderful saint. It is the first time we are doing it like this. We need allot of prayer. Can you pray for us? Here is our list!

That the message of Christ will bear real, lasting fruit.
Pray against fleshly impulses (outbursts of anger and dissensions are a couple of them...)
Pray against fear and being nervous!
Pray against deception, lies and communication barriers.
Pray for patience and protection in spirit and health of the laborers.
Pray for quality props (We have bigger ideas this time that really need God!)
Pray that process will bring people together.
