This is a more open blog today... One of my childhood friend's mother passed away. I grew up with the both of them and they were an integral part of my childhood memories. She died of Cancer. I also had to bury a childhood friend of mine in 2000 who also died of cancer. We want to beat cancer. You can help. Below is a link of a fundraiser my friend is involved in. Please click it an give if you can.

Faytene Kryskow
I'm must give credit where credit is due. Our dear friend in Christ was successful in raising the age of consent in Canada. I used to live in a town with the highest teen pregnancy rate per capita in the whole nation. I have so many friends who became pregnant unexpectantly. I can't tell you how many times I have heard horror stories about this issue. It is close to my heart and I'm so glad that a woman of God rose up to the call to make a difference. God bless you Faytene.
Here is her website: www.flyhighministries.com
Not also is she godly but incredibly good looking! I must give credit where credit is due and speak the truth in love!

Toto, I don't think we are in Curry anymore!
I'm in love with Buncouver. It is nothing like living in Curry. The people are so different. They actually give up their seats for the elderly on the bus. They stop for pedestrians. They open the door for you and don't stand in your way like in Curry. People smile at each other out there. I even saw some people volunteer to help this one dude unload his ski equipment off the bus. I was shocked. Also, one time I dropped a little booklet without even knowing and the person next to me tapped me on the shouldier and pointed it out for me. I was so grateful. People never do that in Curry. Than I thought, "Toto, we are not in Curry anymore!"

Pastors' Wives!
Pastors' Wives are the unsung heroes in the ministry. Along with the church secretary, Sunday school teachers and who can forget the ushers. We don't hear much about them and without them, we wouldn't be able to do it. They are often overworked and underappreciated and even taken for granted. But that is only in this life....
I found this awesome article/link in Time the other day. I enjoy most of the articles in the mag but especially the Christian stuff. Read and enjoy and learn the secret life of a PW!

Henri Nouwen
Henri Nouwen once said, "Every time I take a step in the direction of generosity, I know I am moving from fear to love."
