Cheap Grace

I was just reading some quotes from a man named Dietrich Bonhoeffer, who was a Lutheran Pastor in Germany during World War II. He opposed the Nazis and was captured by the Gestapos and later executed in April, 1945.

He wrote a book called "Cheap Grace," which he defined as "preaching forgiveness without requiring repentance, baptism without church discipline, communion without confession, absolution without personal confession. Cheap grace is grace without discipleship, grace without the cross, grace without Jesus living and incarnate."

Does this kind of teaching exist today?
